  • 1 tbsp. Extra-virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tbsp. Raw Honey
  • 1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon Mustard
  • 1/4 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Grounded Black Pepper
  • 2 Pomegranate peeled
  • 1/4 Cup Almond diced
  • 2 tbsp. Black Olives sliced
  • 1/4 Cup Baby Spinach Leaves
  • 1/4 Cup Feta cheese crumbled

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the following ingredients: peeled pomegranate, diced almonds, black olives, sliced red onion, baby spinach leaves, crumbled feta cheese, apple cider vinegar, extra-virgin olive oil, raw honey, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper, peeled pomegranate, diced almonds, black olives, sliced red onion, baby spinach leaves, crumbled feta cheese
  • In a mixing bowl combine following ingredients: Apple cider vinegar, extra-virgin olive oil, raw honey, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, black pepper
  • In the same bowl add following ingredients: Peeled pomegranate, diced almonds, black olives, sliced red onion, baby spinach leaves, crumbled Feta cheese.
  • Mix together all of the above ingredients until its coated well.
  • Serve immediately with toasted bread and pomegranate juice.
